Is Brian Doyle a Pedophile?

Not that we know of, and definitely not legally.

The real criminals are the cops that will stoop to using any tactic to entice and entrap people.

You have two schools of thinking here:

1. Intelligent thought that we expect of a person with normal mental ability.
2. The mob mentality of the mentally deficient that we have learned to expect of government employees in law enforcement. This is the same mentality that burned witches at the stake. They will incite others of low mental ability in order to do their evil deeds.

There are two problems with what our lawmakers and enforcers have done here.

1. Lusting in ones heart is not a crime.
2. Talking to an adult that is acting like a 14-year-old can't possibly be a crime (except to the moronic).

Have people forgotten that 13 for girls and 15 for boys was the normal marrying age for people a 100+ years ago? Many of our great-grandmothers were married at 13. Was our society sick then, or did we raise our children to become adults by the time their bodies said that they were adults.

The religious should have fun with this because obviously God's idea of adulthood was whenever people were ready to reproduce (at least by 12). Our failing as a society is that we don't train our children to become adults.

The really stupid people think that we can inhibit a child's development by making laws and using censorship to force them to stay children longer.

Sheriff Grady Judd actually said to the media that Doyle was talking to a 14-year-old girl! That is the perfect demonstration of a moron that we put in charge of us. He is a witch-hunter that simply wants to hurt someone and he will stoop to any level to do so.

I'm not saying that Doyle isn't a pervert. In today's society, of course he is.

What I am saying is that using these insane methods to entrap someone is not the way an intelligent society should operate.
