Pay for Your Choices 

Those that think that a democracy is a system where a simple majority can force the others to do as they say, and pay for it, should be forced to pay for their desires by themselves.

Tax returns should have a list of controversial subjects and what they cost the general public.

If the taxpayer if for a particular law or program they check the box and they will be charged their share to support the measure.

Just two measures that should be on the list are:

Capital Punishment – Those against it should have to pay for the upkeep of the prisoners for the rest of their lives.

Abortion – Those against it should have to pay for all expenses for raising a child after the mother expresses a desire to have an abortion.

Of course this will never happen.  These types of do-gooder busy-bodies will never put their money where their mouth is.  They will continue taking our money to pay for their infringement into our lives.
