Hasn't anyone noticed how the Bill of Rights was written? They wrote it to trick the morons of over 200 years ago into thinking that they had rights. What kind of RIGHT has to be interpreted by a judge so that you will know what it means? The right to bear arms could mean that YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WEAR A T-SHIRT. The rest of your rights are also written so that only the government can tell you what they really mean. Even "Double Jeopardy" has been made into a joke. If they can't get someone for a crime, they get them in civil court and take all of their money. Not that I don't like seeing a crook that has tricked the legal system into an acquittal have to pay in some way. It's just that doing so with another trial is wrong. If they are found NOT GUILTY how in the hell can you try them again? It doesn't matter what you call it. It's still double jeopardy. Could our jury system be flawed? |
