5 April 2006 The case brought by Sen. Mike DeWine's former counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Robert Steinbuch, alleges that Jessica Cutler engaged in an invasion of his privacy in 2004 by publishing sexually explicit facts about a relationship with Steinbuch. The case was allowed to go forward by U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman. This is another example of how biased our judges are. Judges and lawyers conspire to create these cases in order to make money for themselves and their associates. We not only don't have freedom of speech, but we don't even have the right to tell the truth. |
